Jeffrey Astor  was introduced to the I Ching at the age of 18 by a Chinese scholar at Oxford,he has studied it and used it for the past 35 years. He studied languages and communications. Pursuing a life-long love of people, cultures travel and music, he lived and worked in South America,before returning to Europe to pursue a careers in feeding people(Restaurants) and rural property development.He bought a small farm on an island in the Mediterranean, and whilst renovating it  became interested in the teachings Carl Rogers... which led him to study Couselling. He has lived in Bali for the past 2 years &  continues to explore and enjoy the diverse wonders of life, taking the time to understand different people and their cultures.

The I Ching has been used for more than 5000 years as an aid to making decisions, predicting the future, etc. So, if nothing else, it is a long-standing and popular source of wisdom and inspiration.

For more than thirty years I have interested myself in this oracle technique, or method of exploring the unconscious.
